Reading into the history of Uganda

So while I was in Uganda I read the majority of the Bradt travel guide I took out with me, and also an ereader mini travel guide so that I was informing myself about the history and culture of Uganda as we were seeing and experiencing different parts of the country.



After getting home, I rediscovered this book on my bookshelf, and have been having a bit of a read through as it's actually incredibly interesting.



It discusses generalised preconceptions of the African countries and Africa as a continent which I think is really interesting and could potentially be something I bring into the essay:
